We may collect account information such as your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name or avatar that Google provides to support authentication.

We collect authentication information through Supabase and Google, search prompts, refinement inputs, and related product interactions. We may also collect usage and device information such as browser type, device type, approximate logs, and diagnostic information.

ArtMind may collect uploaded content only if and when upload features are enabled and you choose to use them.

We use information to provide and improve ArtMind, authenticate users, personalize and refine artwork recommendations, maintain security, prevent abuse, and communicate service-related updates.

User prompts may be processed by AI and search providers to generate artwork recommendations and curator-style explanations. ArtMind does not use your prompts to claim ownership over your input.

ArtMind relies on service providers to operate the product, including Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Vercel for hosting; OpenAI or similar AI providers for language and search assistance; and Google for Google sign-in.

When you click outbound artwork links, you may visit external artwork platforms or seller websites. Those services have their own policies and practices.

ArtMind may use cookies and local storage for sessions, authentication state, preferences, and pending prompt continuation after sign-in.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate ArtMind, when required for legal compliance, or when needed for safety and security.

We retain account and search data as needed to operate the service, maintain security, and meet legitimate business or legal needs. Users may request deletion by contacting us.

You can sign out of ArtMind at any time. You may also request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us at the email below.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no internet service or storage system is perfectly secure.

ArtMind is not intended for children under 13.

Your information may be processed in countries where ArtMind and its service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
