You may not use ArtMind for unlawful purposes, scraping, abuse, attempts to compromise systems, or submitting harmful, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Artwork data, prices, availability, and external links may change. ArtMind does not guarantee availability, price accuracy, or sale completion.

Purchases, inquiries, and related transactions happen on third-party platforms, not ArtMind, unless ArtMind explicitly states otherwise.

Recommendations and explanations are informational and may be imperfect. You should verify artwork details, availability, pricing, and seller terms on the relevant platform or seller website.

ArtMind may link to platforms such as Artsy, galleries, marketplaces, or other external websites. ArtMind is not responsible for third-party content, transactions, availability, or policies.

ArtMind branding, interface, software, and related materials belong to ArtMind or its licensors. You retain rights to your own prompts and content.

By submitting prompts or content, you allow ArtMind to process that content to provide, maintain, and improve the service.

ArtMind does not provide investment, appraisal, legal, tax, or other professional advice.

ArtMind may suspend or terminate accounts or access for misuse, security concerns, legal compliance, or violations of these Terms.

ArtMind is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArtMind and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of ArtMind, unless otherwise required by law.
